Sawalaram Laxman Haldankar (1882 - 1969) was active/lived in India.  Sawalaram Haldankar is known for Watercolors and oil colors.

S.L. Haldankar was an eminent painter from India who was born in 1882 and died in 1968. He was known for his sensitive handling of watercolors and mastery over oil colors. He founded Haldankar’s Art Institute and was one of the founders of The Art Society of India established in 1918. He was a prominent figure in the Bombay School of Art. One of his famous works is 'Untitled (Lady in a Garden)' which depicts an elegant lady with a water pot surrounded by nature
